new advance payment term

There's an extra term (until Friday, February 19) for advanced payment.
The only payment method accepted the same day will be cash (euros) -- no credit cards, cheques, etc accepted.

This is in order to reduce to the strict minimum the number of people who pay in cash at the registration desk, we have added a new advance payment term. It is a bit more expensive than the previous but cheaper than on-site payment.

Please make use of this feature. We are running out of space. Also, we think it is best to avoid slow cash payments in order to not to delay the start of the first round.
